“Off the Grid” is a video profile of Christian Milaster who practices sustainable living and renewable energy, comfortably. He designed and lives in Project Licth’n Stein, an off-the-grid, off-the-furnace, off-the-well year-round residence in southeastern Minnesota with a wind generator & photovoltaic cells with batteries, passive solar design with radiant heating and rainwater harvesting. It has a modern design with 21st-century comfort, and is virtually maintenance free! This is a teaser for the documentary series "Living with the Land."

“Living With the Land” is a five-part documentary series profiling the lives of five people who are living with the land in various ways in Minnesota. We are currently in post-production.
